ABOUT RISILIENCE

Risilience is hiring a Principal Product Manager to drive our mission of enabling businesses to effectively navigate the profound changes brought about by climate and wider environmental changes.

We have developed a unique modelling and analytics platform to help international corporations assess their risks and opportunities presented by rising temperatures, climate-related policy, and emerging technologies.

Our SaaS solutions help companies produce climate-related compliance analytics, navigate their pathway to Net Zero, and perform scientifically based cost benefit comparisons of emission reduction strategies. We also offer enterprise-level risk analytics for a wide variety of non-climate-change threats and trends.

We have a blue-chip client base with a growing list of globally recognised brands. The pedigree of our solutions is supported by our deep academic roots that go back to the Business School in the University of Cambridge (UK) and the close ties we maintain to the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies.

Our business received Series B funding in early 2023 and is growing rapidly towards the next round of investment.

Our Benefits

Benefits include competitive base salary, annual discretionary bonus, employer pension contributions, private medical insurance, flexible working, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Our Values

We start with the facts - We grasp the facts first and give opinions second to make positive moves that matter. We are insights-driven; understanding our customers’ challenges to meet their needs and inform company strategy.

We lead with integrity - We show respect for others in every interaction.
Professionalism is about ownership: we take responsibility and do what we say we will.

We are curious challengers - Complex problems don’t scare us – they fuel us. We collaborate and innovate to remove complexity and enable positive transformation for ourselves and our clients.

We win together - We value every voice equally, embracing differences in background, expertise and experience. We leave our egos at the door, lift each other up and align our direction of travel.

  • Product Management Proficiency: Proven experience in the product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to roadmap creation, requirements gathering, and working with engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to analyse market data, understand complex models, and translate client needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with and coordinate across multiple internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, support) is essential for successful product development and delivery.
  • Adaptability: Comfort and effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage time well and handle ambiguity.

Desired Skills

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in a B2B business context, ideally working on data and analytics products.
