What you'll do
This role will provide support and guidance for a more strategic vision of the company's future. By collaborating closely with various colleagues and departments, this team can support the Sales/Care units in addressing their daily challenges and achieving targets.
The real-world implications of this work include becoming part of a growing Sales/Care department which leads revenue for Commercial LATAM in both Mexico & Brasil business units.
You will also collaborate with individuals from different departments/countries, supporting diverse business approaches for enhanced company outcomes.
The day-to-day
Sales/Care planning and monthly quotas: Jointly work with management to distribute sales quotas accordingly and proper follow-up
Sales/Care Forecasting & budgeting: Yearly budget and Monday tracking updates to be presented in the commercial follow-up.
Performance analysis: Lead the Commercial/Sales weekly meeting and provide guidance on potential deviations from plan
Market analytics: Business intelligence and deep dives on both Care and Sales KPIs to provide management with visibility and alert on potential deviations
Reporting & Dashboards: Be responsible for the full reporting catalogue in Sales/Care and be the owner for preparing material to be used in management presentations, quarterly reports, among others.
Sales optimization: Assure all actions plans are in place and accurately “moving the needle” towards meeting plan objectives
What you'll need
- Sales forecasting & analysis experience (3-7 yrs)
