What you'll do

  • Project Excellence and Rollout: Lead the implementation of large-scale new projects and systems (Rollout), ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Responsible for the efficient transition from implementation to full operational management of the solution.
  • Quality Management and Data Strategy: Closely monitor, deeply analyze, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics meet and exceed goals. Use predictive analysis and data insights to identify bottlenecks and direct future network investments.
  • NOC Supervision and Evolution: Supervise the daily operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC) to maintain network stability. Propose and implement improvements in monitoring systems to increase service resilience and automation.
  • Strategic Partnership and Expansion: Manage the complete partner lifecycle: active prospecting, selection, onboarding, and development of a high-trust, high-productivity relationship. Foster a partner network capable of exponential growth to support our geographical expansion.
  • Technical Development and Standardization: Develop and implement cutting-edge technical training programs for partners. Ensure standardization and application of best practices across all field installations and maintenance.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Administer the payment process for installation partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.

The day-to-day

  • Performance Analysis: Start the day by critically analyzing KPI dashboards and NOC tickets, identifying failure trends before they escalate into crises.

  • Tactical Action: Lead calls with partners for quality feedback and alignment on new projects. Manage the payment flow and resolve administrative outstanding issues.

  • Strategic Focus: Dedicate time to rollout projects, planning new training, and using data to design process or infrastructure improvements that reduce the cost per installation.

  • Proactive Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for complex technical or operational problems, ensuring rapid service restoration.


What you'll need

  • Proven Experience: Solid experience in leadership positions in field operations, with a focus on quality management and performance indicators.
  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis, with experience using analytical tools for strategic decision-making.

  • Must have knowledge of external installations of satellite systems, such as antennas and RF equipment.

  • Basic knowledge of fiber optic and radio networks, including the configuration of routers and switches.

  • Excel Proficiency: Knowledge of spreadsheets for data analysis and report preparation.

  • Intermediate English: Reading and writing skills for communication with international suppliers and partners, if necessary.

  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage teams, partners, and clients.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be proactive and have the agility to solve complex and unforeseen daily problems.

  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring the efficient transition from implementation to operation.
