You will be interfacing with all stakeholders internal and external, working with internal teams to define the product roadmaps, create GTM strategies, and manage the lifecycle of these products working with engineering, sales, and marketing to create sustainable value in the marketplace.

The day-to-day

  • Develop comprehensive product specifications that articulate feature sets, performance metrics, and value propositions for each service tier

  • Interact with partners, customers, and prospects to define market requirements, and translate these requirements into market requirements (MRDs) that dependent product and engineering teams can deliver to, on time, and within budget
  • Own the product vision and evangelize it throughout the organization – articulate and justify the WHAT and WHY of any product effort
  • Be responsible for the product business case, advocating for funding and resourcing for the product to realize value
  • Define, measure, and report on key Product metrics, in conjunction with Business and Company strategy
  • Bring the "voice of the customer" to the product by working closely with internal product teams, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and users to prioritize feasibility, viability, and desirability of requirements.
  • Define various internal or partner solutions and associated collaborations where applicable
  • Act as the single POC for product needs, roadmap, prioritization, and communication of product plan across the customer and stakeholder community
  • Engage with the relevant solution partners and ecosystem players – both technically and commercially
  • Drive the success of the final product and improvement iterations on an ongoing basis with the team and other stakeholders
  • Present periodically to senior executives at the corporation on the continuous evolution of the product portfolio

This will be an onsite/hybrid role in Carlsbad, CA, Tempe, AZ, Duluth, GA, or Washington D.C.
