What you'll do
The Investor Relations Specialist supports the company’s engagement with the investment community by ensuring transparent, accurate, and compelling communication of financial results, business performance, and strategic priorities. This role helps strengthen relationships with investors and analysts, contributes to the preparation of key materials, and provides insights that inform leadership decisions.

The day-to-day
• Investor Engagement Support: Assist in maintaining relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Support the preparation of responses to investor inquiries and follow-ups after events or announcements.
• Financial & Market Analysis: Conduct research on peers, market trends, and analyst sentiment to provide insights that shape messaging and management discussions.
• Earnings & Disclosure Materials: Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for investor conferences, earnings calls, non-deal roadshows, and the annual shareholders meeting.
• Reporting & Compliance: Partner with the SEC Reporting and Legal teams to support timely and accurate filings, disclosures, and updates to the investor relations website.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure consistent messaging across Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Finance to maintain a unified and credible corporate narrative.
• Executive Briefings: Prepare competitive and market intelligence summaries, as well as investor feedback reports, for senior management.
• Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as sustainability (ESG) communications, perception studies, or investor day planning.
What you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data, assessing market trends, and benchmarking performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial results into clear and compelling messages.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IR tools (e.g., Q4, Ipreo, FactSet) or CRM platforms preferred.

Salary range
$105,000.00 - $165,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $130,500.00- $195,500.00/ annually
