What you'll do
Responsible for new business, revenue, ongoing airline advertising/partnership relationships and strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and commercial airlines to discover and develop opportunities for inflight advertising and partnerships, particularly those tied to connectivity. You’ll maintain and nurture strong relationships with commercial airlines in the European and Middle Eastern markets. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with departments like Legal, Sales, Finance, IT, Tech Ops, and Customer Success Managers to ensure product launches and ongoing operational success. You’ll also be responsible for developing strategic business plans that support sales and identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
The day-to-day
Working with internal teams and commercial airlines to find opportunities for inflight advertising and partnerships tied to connectivity.
Managing ongoing relationships with commercial airlines with a focus in Europe and the Middle East
Working with multiple functions including Legal, Sales, Finance, IT, Tech Ops, CSMs, etc. to drive to product launches and ongoing success
Developing strategic market/product line business plans and programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies opportunities and develops partnerships.
Analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities
Developing direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
What you'll need
5-7 years of experience as account manager or relationship manager, with track record in large enterprise contracts.
- Comfortable leading conversations with key customers and partners to accelerate our business and offering.
- Experience with vendors and partners.
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to proactively define and implement strategy.
