Product Assurance Specialist
ReOrbit is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Assurance Specialist to join our team at our HQ in Helsinki. This is a pivotal role as you will oversee the implementation of product assurance requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle for all projects across the company.
In this key position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our suppliers to ensures that purchased materials, components, and services meet quality, regulatory, and performance expectations.
As a valued member of our global team, you will foster and enhance proactive quality processes, ensuring product compliance and optimizing quality costs.

Responsibilities
Write supplier PA requirements
Perform supplier audits and ensure compliance
Support Procurement in supplier selection, qualification, and performance management.
Support Internal Process Optimization & Digitalization
Supporting Nonconformance & Problem Solving Processes
Skills and Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Audit, Product Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with an engineering background.
Experience conducting and leading supplier audits.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and material/process requirements.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of ECSS and IPC guidelines, along with training as a process auditor, is advantageous.
Familiarity with standard QM systems such as ISO9001 and EN9100
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with suppliers at all levels.
You are willing and able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
