Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to the CS Team on renewals and process strategies. Provides support to and reports directly to the Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsabilities

  • Provide support and training on complex renewals for all regional CS team

  • Partner closely with CS leaders to support the renewals process and target initiatives

  • Provide support in documenting the renewals process

  • Provide support to CS team with closing late renewals per region

  • Provide feedback and improve efficiency of the renewal process

  • Meet expectations on time renewals and regional targets

  • Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of the renewal process

  • Cross collaborate with CS services on client feedback and identify deficiencies and further development on customer's need

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma of Collegial studies required

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Understanding of Maintenance Renewal contracts

  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and developing actions plans

  • Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required

  • Ability to assess tasks and prioritize high potential customers effectively

  • Ability to work in a multinational environment - Both team and users.

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
