Altus Group is currently looking for a new Client Support Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will assist an account team in the daily administration of a client account, including: scheduling, document management, client deliverable preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize client deliverables and deliverable schedules: includes requesting appraisal bids, keeping timing calendar, maintaining invoice lists, and corresponding with external appraisers to ensure timely receipt.

• Upload data and maintain working knowledge of internal DataExchange and DataBridge systems for uploading and downloading information and scheduling assets.

• Download data out of database systems and Argus cash flow models and learn Maintain asset valuation summaries in Excel (client deliverable) with complete accuracy.

• Assist with preparation and drafting of third-party engagement letters.

• Other support tasks, as requested by members of a client account team.

Key Qualifications:

• University or college degree

• Proficient in excel, word and Outlook

• Ability to proactively communicate (i.e. when behind on deliverables or seeking assistance)

• Experience working independently or within a team environment setting in a professional or academic setting
