Your Mission:

As the People and Culture Manager at Reflex Aerospace, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring our Peoples Operations run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact managing all aspects of People Operations, including recruiting.

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Develop and oversee an effective onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to our culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Manage the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for all employees.
Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals and development plans.

Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
