About The Role
As a System Test Intern at Reflect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end build of electromechanical testing systems that enable us to characterize and validate the performance of hardware we are currently developing. You’ll have complete ownership from start to finish and create something we’ll rely on heavily.
Responsibilities
Iterate quickly and move fast to build functional hardware
Use hand-calcs and analysis when necessary to guide your designs
Maintain a BOM and order custom-fab parts designed with software
Lead design reviews and independently drive your designs forward
Seek to deliver a system that is complete, functional, and directly useful instead of cool/impressive.
Ideal Qualifications
Built several electromechanical systems from start to finish from scratch, with analysis to back up your design choices
A series of independent, personal projects entirely owned by you
Familiar with design software (CAD, ECAD, etc)
Super hands on
