This role will sit on the executive team and will be critical as we are ramping up the scale of our fleet operations in Las Vegas, en route for future expansion to other cities. This role plays a crucial part in collaborating with various internal departments, to ultimately serve a magical experience to our customers, while being very cost and revenue-driven. The fleet in Las Vegas is on the path to scale to 100 vehicles in 2025, and we need a senior leader who ensures daily business continuity and raises the bar in operations excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an operations organization of around 30+ people from Senior managers to ICs across all aspects of, but not limited to, remote-driving, fleet management, logistics & optimization, fleet maintenance, operations facilities and customer support. This includes:

They will think from first principles about how we can build the best Operations function there is for a company of our size and maturity. This person will be technical enough to connect to technology teams to constantly improve on what internal tools we use to increase operational excellence, while being a builder of businesses and stand strong on what they believe to be the best for the business.
