Rappi is looking for a dynamic and highly analytical SP&A Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, and policy, driving critical projects that shape the future of our business. You will be responsible for structuring complex problems, developing data-driven insights, leading project execution, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced project-based environment, and excels at translating analysis into actionable strategies that deliver tangible results.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage complex, high-priority strategic projects from initial concept and problem definition through to execution, monitoring, and impact assessment. Examples include responding to regulatory changes, optimizing major cost structures, or launching new strategic initiatives.

• Develop and apply robust analytical frameworks and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities, simulate the impact of new regulations or business models, and quantify potential risks and benefits.

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and other tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets, identifying key business drivers, trends, and opportunities for improvement or strategic shifts.

• Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams – including Operations, Product, Policy, Legal, Finance, and Commercial – to define project scope, align on objectives, and drive successful project execution.

• Prepare and deliver compelling, executive-level presentations and reports that clearly articulate complex analyses, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to guide decision-making at the highest levels..

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, communication plans, and stakeholder management strategies to ensure transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

• Support the strategic planning process by providing analytical horsepower, market insights, and data-backed perspectives on new ventures and long-term goals

• Drive the identification, modeling, and tracking of key strategic KPIs for major initiatives, ensuring progress against targets and facilitating adaptive responses.

• Continuously scan the internal and external environment for emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that could impact Rappi's strategy and operations.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative or strategic field.

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or a dedicated special projects/analytics team within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic projects with measurable impact.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze large datasets, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.

• Financial modeling skills (e.g., in Google Sheets/Excel) for scenario analysis, business casing, and impact assessment.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change
