Job Mission
- Give technical and data analytics support to the Turbo team by keeping the data tools up to date, proposing and building new dashboards, reports for faster execution and analysis.
- Working with business teams to help extract the insights from data to design action plans, experiments to keep improving key metrics performance.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Roles and responsibilities
The Business Analyst will work for Rappi's Turbo team in Perú and have as main responsibilities: Performing data analyses, identifying local issues and growth opportunities.
Building structured recommendations with specific action plans to address issues and tackle opportunities.
Guiding local teams to find data-driven solutions to problems they are struggling to solve. Understanding competitive landscape, market trends and user research to suggest new features for product roadmap.
Executing specific ad-hoc requests of other data-driven analysis.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

The position has strong analytical and articulate communication components, requiring the person to be comfortable with performing complex analyses, participating in multi-language meetings, multi-tasking, and handling ambiguity in day-to-day decisions. You will thrive in this role if you: Practical SQL knowledge and basic Power BI usage Have a degree in engineering, business management, or related fields Have 1+ years of work experience and relevant business acumen Are structured, organized, and able to follow up on multiple topics at a time. Are comfortable presenting recommendations in meetings and working under pressure Are excited about Rappi's service and the tech space in general Love getting to concrete, specific and actionable business insights, rather than querying data. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not bothered by constant change Are a self-starter and have initiative to propose new projects Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
