Esta posición será responsable de la gestión estratégica y operativa de cuentas clave, con foco en fortalecer relaciones comerciales, impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y garantizar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
Analizar data comercial y de mercado para proponer estrategias de mejora en ventas y posicionamiento.
Coordinar con equipos internos (marketing, logística, trade marketing, etc.) para asegurar una atención integral a los clientes.
Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y preparar reportes de gestión periódicos.
Negociar condiciones comerciales, promociones y acuerdos anuales con clientes clave.
