Serás responsable de mantener una buena relación con los repartidores y deberás cumplir con las tareas administrativas de la operación.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• -Atención a los repartidores, tanto virtual como presencial.
• Hacer relevamiento y seguimiento de los diferentes casos.
• Reportar incidencias.
• Dar talleres/charlas a los repartidores sobre diferentes temas.
• Cargar facturas en Coupa.
• Armar, cargar y realizar seguimiento de las campañas de comunicación.
• Hacer envío masivo de contratos.
• Realizar el envío de boletas.
• Controlar el stock de los productos del e - commerce.
• Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

• 1-2 años de experiencia en cargos atención al cliente, administrativos, operativos.
• Comunicación asertiva.
