As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

We’re looking for a creative, curious and passionate person to execute and optimize the Onboarding marketing campaigns for new users. You will be in charge of developing and rolling out marketing campaigns and managing them throughout their results. You will work closely with the local growth teams and branding team to create the content of the campaigns by giving them the business notion of what the customer needs. Also, you will work with the Product Marketing team to track and improve the campaign execution.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience

- Data-driven analytic thinking

- Degree in industrial engineer, business administration, marketing, or similar

- Multitasking abilities and facility to work under deadlines

- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

- SQL Medium Level required (hopelfully intermedium)

- Excel

- Engineering, economics and/or Business careers

- Power BI

-Braze is a plus

- Knowledge of Digital marketing (is a plus)

- English Advanced

Functions:

- Execution of campaigns

- Set up and track campaign's success metrics

- Propose strategies that maximize Campaign's Conversion Rates and User Retention

- Execute and measure experiments

- Track every experiments, learn, improve, iterate

- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data set

- Analyze data and provide reports
