Who We're Looking For

Quantum Space is redefining mobility and maneuverability in orbit. Our high-delta-V spacecraft platforms support national security, civil, and commercial missions where propulsion capability and rapid execution matter.

We are hiring an Executive Operations Manager to run the cadence and execution of our leadership team. This is a high-profile, high-trust seat that engages daily with internal and external executives to drive outcomes for Quantum Space. You will manage the CEO's priorities and the rhythm of senior leadership, coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization, and serve as a communications and execution bridge between the CEO and the leadership team.

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and trusted — someone who operates independently in a dynamic environment and gets things across the finish line through other people.

Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage the CEO's priorities, schedule, and executive cadence

  • Coordinate internal leadership meetings, action tracking, and follow-through

  • Drive strategic initiatives and special projects, mobilizing multidisciplinary talent across the organization

  • Serve as the communications bridge between the CEO and the leadership team

  • Support customer engagements, conferences, and events

  • Coordinate state and federal government engagement activities

  • Support the standup of the Tulsa Plant and Mission Operations

  • Represent the office of the CEO with professionalism and discretion across internal and external interactions

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized, proactive, and trusted, with a track record of operating independently and delivering results

  • Strong ability to motivate, develop teams, and manage change

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including reporting to executive leadership

  • Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive information

Strongly Preferred Experience

  • Prior role as a chief of staff, executive operations lead, or similar seat supporting senior leadership

  • Aerospace, defense, government, or other mission-driven environments

  • Experience supporting the standup of a new facility, business unit, or program

  • Exposure to DoD and national security customer engagements

  • Active clearance or eligibility is a plus

Tools and Technical Breadth

  • Executive calendaring and scheduling tools

  • Project, action, and program tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)

  • Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

  • Slack and modern collaboration tools

  • Executive presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint)

Why Quantum Space

  • Right hand to the CEO at a company building spacecraft that fly, rapidly and repeatedly

  • High-trust, high-exposure seat with reach across the entire company

  • Help stand up a flagship operation in Oklahoma alongside the leadership team

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and top-tier benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous leave, HSA, 401(k) matching, and equity sharing
