Who We’re Looking For

Quantum Space is redefining mobility and autonomy beyond Earth orbit. Our Ranger spacecraft deliver high delta-V and sustained on-orbit maneuverability, enabling missions across cislunar and geostationary space that were previously out of reach. We are building the vehicles, infrastructure, and operational expertise that connect and protect assets across the Earth–Moon system.

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale our hiring operations. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring our recruiting team operates quickly and efficiently.

You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and keep hiring processes moving. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is an on-site position at our Rockville, MD office.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own interview scheduling logistics from request through completion
  • Coordinate complex calendars across multiple teams and time zones
  • Manage candidate communications (email, phone, text) with a high level of professionalism
  • Support onsite interviews by greeting candidates and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Arrange candidate travel and logistics as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Identify and drive process improvements across scheduling, tools, and candidate experience
  • Build strong working relationships across recruiting and hiring teams

What It Takes

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to operate independently with limited guidance
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
  • Experience scheduling in high-volume or technical recruiting environments
  • Experience supporting onsite interview coordination and candidate logistics
  • Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teams
