Role Summary
We are seeking a Director of Business Development focused on U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space
Command, the Space Development Agency (SDA), Missile Defense Agency, and related space
domain organizations. This leader will own our go-to-market and growth strategy for space domain
awareness, space defense, and space offense support missions.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Director of Business Development focused on U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space
Command, the Space Development Agency (SDA), Missile Defense Agency, and related space
domain organizations. This leader will own our go-to-market and growth strategy for space domain
awareness, space defense, and space offense support missions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to penetrate, expand, and deliver our
clients best-in-class space data and analytics capabilities into Space Force, Space
Command, SDA, and other space domain stakeholders (e.g., SSC, SpOC, STARCOM, NASIC,
NRO).
● Shape, qualify, and drive capture for opportunities across space domain awareness, space
battle management/command and control, defensive and offensive space operations
support, and space resilience missions.
● Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to align our growth strategy with
U.S. Space Force and SDA priorities (e.g., proliferated LEO architectures, missile
warning/missile tracking, PNT, cislunar awareness, space control, and orbital threat
characterization).
● Develop and maintain trusted relationships with mission owners, program offices, and
operators to identify new business opportunities, resolve issues, and provide strategic
direction to internal teams.
● Establish teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures optimized for space-related
IDIQs, OTAs, and other rapid acquisition pathways to create profitable returns at winning
cost.
● Partner with capture, solutions, engineering, and proposal teams to build differentiated
solutions and compelling positioning for key space domain pursuits.
● Foster a culture of trust, communication, customer focus, innovation, and continuous
improvement across all BD and capture activities.
● Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a high-quality pipeline of new opportunities
across Space Force, Space Command, SDA, and adjacent space domain customers.
● Deliver on financial performance commitments while simultaneously building strategic
market growth initiatives and longer-term campaign plans in the space domain.
Who We’re Looking For
● A proven leader who has managed or supported complex programs within the U.S. Space
Force, U.S. Space Command, the Space Development Agency, or closely related space and
intelligence organizations.
● Demonstrated success advancing new business development strategies and technology
solutions in areas such as:
● Space domain awareness and space surveillance and tracking (SST/SSA)
● Space control / space defense and offense support operations
● Mission data platforms, C2/BMC2, and decision support tools
● Cloud-based, data-centric architectures and mission analytics
● Successful track record of identifying, shaping, and closing new business opportunities
targeting Space Force, SDA, and/or space-focused elements of the Intelligence Community.
● Proven ability to build relationships and lead through influence at all levels, including mission
operators, program managers, PEOs, and senior flag/general officers and SES leadership.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience briefing senior
military and civilian leadership and participating in high-visibility technical and operational
reviews.
● Experience building and managing opportunity pipelines, capture plans, and bid strategies
for complex, multi-year space or ISR programs.
● Demonstrated high-energy leader who drives performance, exhibits strong management
skills, and operates with a high level of emotional intelligence.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment,
bridging commercial innovation with mission-critical government needs.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, marketing, or business-related discipline.

● 7+ years of related business development, capture, or program experience with U.S. Space
Force, SDA, USSPACECOM, or space-focused elements of the Intelligence Community.
● Active TS clearance and eligibility for SCI.
● Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Washington, D.C., Colorado Springs/Aurora, or
Huntsville area.
● Hybrid work schedule, with in-person collaboration and travel to customer sites, industry
days, and key events required.
