Job Description
As a member of the global M&A team based in Paris, the intern will play a key role in supporting post-merger integration and separation initiatives.
Main Objectives:
-Integrate the M&A Integration & Separation playbook into Safran corporate tools, notably OneSafran, and facilitate selected separation & integration activities.
Key Responsibilities and scope:
-Become familiar with the M&A process and the Integration & Separation playbook
-Learn and understand tools for process management at Safran, with an emphasis on OneSafran
-Adapt and integrate the M&A playbook into OneSafran, ensuring alignment with Safran's digital processes
-Participate in live M&A projects to test and validate tool integration
-Develop and deliver training materials to the M&A team for proper tool usage
-Provide ongoing support for current integration and separation initiatives
-Assist the VP M&A in project governance and coordination
-Update and track the weekly M&A project pipeline
