As part of our growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for a Maintenance technician to strengthen our teams.
Your role:
The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.
• Repairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects,
diagnosing issues, and finding solutions;
• Maintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and adapting them if
necessary
based on internal guidelines;
• Regularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools,
including the preparation and approval of precision instruments;
• Carrying out basic repairs on building installations, such as electricity,
plumbing, heating, and painting;
• Performing certain administrative tasks, such as preparing work requests;
• Guiding and supporting subcontractors on the shop floor;
• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager on completed repairs, maintenance
activities, and incidents.
Job Requirements
Your profile:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production
environment;
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems;
• Strong electrical skills;
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly;
• Willingness to investigate issues thoroughly and a strong ‘can-do' mindset;
• Experience with AutoCAD for drafting, reading, and editing is a strong plus;
• At minimum, a high school diploma in an electrical or mechanical field;
• Good communication skills in Dutch or French, with a basic knowledge of
English;
• Day shifts with flexible working hours.
