Job Description
Is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They manage production teams, monitor output, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.
This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills to meet production goals in a highly regulated and precision-focused industry.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Additional training or certification is highly valued:
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Leadership or Supervisory training
Technical diplomas with significant hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing may also be considered for this role.
Master's degree in Engineering Management, Operations, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
