Job Description

The SAP & Digital Support Engineer is responsible of seting up all the new operational processes.
He will support on all technical aspect of project such as setting of digital solutions: deployment of SAP, Database setting, Documentation management systems.

Job Requirements

Support creation and tracking of:
Maintenance notifications, Work orders (Corrective, Preventive)
Task lists and maintenance plans
Training and Support

Train end users on:
Maintenance order processing
Reporting and KPIs
Familiarization of Operational transactions of SAP

Assist in creating and interpreting:
Maintenance backlog reports
Order completion status
Work with IT/SAP team to develop custom reports or dashboards (e.g., via SAP BI)
Testing and Change Management
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
System upgrades and patch testing
Rollout of new SAP features or modules
Provide feedback and validate business scenarios
