Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the nn, the main missions are:
- Manage service user accounts related to the applications
- Document application and system installation guidelines
- Document application and system runbooks
- Request application and system monitoring the IT run teams
- Update inventory (CMDB) and relevant knowledge documentations
- Measure and records middlware and service performance
- Manage data refresh between environments
- Manage data transfer between systems
- Manage SSL/Certificate requests
- Install the applications and configure associated runtime and middlewere systems
- Deal with incidents and requests related to the infrastructures
- Interact with development teams to enable infrastructure services on premise or on AWS
- Configure and maintain the runtime and middlware services
- Request through the appropriate channels (change and service requests) technical actions to be handled by the IS department (DHCP/DNS registration, certificate renewal, backup, new infra environments…)
Job Requirements
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
• Advanced system skills on Windows Server
• Gitlab
• Advanced competences on IIS, Tomcat
• Strong competences on SQL Server
8 years experience minimum in Infrastructure domain
