Job Description

As Subcontracting Officer your main responsability is to manage the repair orders from engines inducted at SAESA through creation, analysis, update and follow-up of the repair orders, having direct communication with external suppliers, MRO Procurement Leader and internal departments to achieve the return on time of the parts based on production planning.

1. Ability to manage strategic suppliers and ensure quality and timely delivery.
2. Ability to interact with suppliers, technical teams, and management.
3. Resolve issues and discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams.
4. Efficient handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
6. Proactivity and ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Cross-functional collaboration and planning ability.
8. Advanced English proficiency required; French language skills desirable.
