Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics? Join our team at SAESB as a Logistics Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods across our operations.

Your role:
Are you detail-oriented, well-organized, and interested in logistics processes? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to manage the entire administrative process for shipping and receiving goods. You will ensure timely deliveries while monitoring compliance with customs regulations.
Your responsibilities:
Administrative support for goods movement:
• Prepare shipping and receiving documents (such as Air Waybills and pro forma invoices).
• Create and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in IT systems.
Transport coordination:
• Schedule and monitor all transport bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Customs compliance:
• Verify and ensure adherence to applicable customs laws and regulations.
• Review documents for inbound and outbound shipments.
Reporting:
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on imports and exports.

Job Requirements

Your profile:
• A higher education degree.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Practical knowledge of ADR regulations, customs laws, and Incoterms (or willingness to follow training).
• Understanding of logistics operations, including both road and air freight.
• A structured and precise approach, consistently following established procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate and prevent issues.
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities efficiently.
• Able to work independently after a six-month training period.
• You work in a two-shift system: one week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by a week from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, sufficient for both internal communication and contacts with external suppliers.
