This position contributes to our vision by:
 Assist with day-to-day facilities operations, including workspace setup, office moves, and maintenance requests.
 Support Interior Design Project
 Support preventive maintenance schedules and track completion in internal systems.
 Help manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.) and ensure service requests are resolved.
 Conduct facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance needs.
 Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives (energy usage tracking, recycling programs, etc.).
 Assist with space planning, inventory management, and workplace projects.
 Document procedures and update facility records as needed.
 Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

 Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
 Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally -Basic
 Must be self-motivated/self-directed - Advanced
 Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Basic
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) - Basic
 Ability to brainstorm and problem-solve – Basic
