Job Description

As an Operational Excellence Project Coordinator, your primary role will be to support various Individual Operating Units (IOUs) in their journey to enhance operational efficiency, achieve quality goals, and foster continuous improvement.
The following duties and responsibilities are aligned with the priorities outlined for the role:
1. Support the Achievement and Sustaining of 3S in All Areas
2. Help Develop QRQC Maturity Across Operating Units
3. Support in Reducing Export of Non-Quality and Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ)
4. Enhance Operational Excellence and Competitiveness
5. Improve Planning and Scheduling Processes/Tools
6. Improve Reliability of Deliveries in a Challenged Supply Chain Environment
7. Support Operating Units with One Safran Waves and RampUp Workshops
Job Requirements
This internship offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the operational excellence journey of various Operating Units and develop valuable skills in project coordination and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English is essential.

Required Skills and Competencies :
- Master's Degree in Engineering school
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, particularly in the context of quality and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate workshops and report progress to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple priorities effectively."
