1.Occupational Summary (Position Objective & Authorities)

Objective:
Responsible for overseeing the people, processes, systems, and technologies necessary to support Safran Seats' objectives related to Information Systems (IS) and applications. This position leads and develops the applications team into a cohesive, responsive, and service-oriented function focused on systems implementation, administration, development, and ongoing operational support. The role also requires close coordination with corporate IS/IT teams to ensure alignment with group-level strategies, compliance standards, and collaborative execution of global initiatives.

2. Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Main Function Responsibilities:
A) Directly participants in the Information Systems staff: onboarding, professional development, coaching and evaluations
B) Collaborate with IT/IS Director regarding IS budget and actuals.
C) Manages IS professionals in systems development, administration and implementation.
D) Participate in Seats Branch information system implementation collaborative efforts.
E) Develop work instruction and procedures related to but not limited to Minimum Security Requirements.
F) Ensure that the team will comply with Safran policies/procedures, and standards as they relate to responsible system usage, data usage, access control and system controls.
G) Manages the day-to-day resources within the Information System team.
H) Manages I.S. staff performance
I) Develop and foster effective relationships with operational and project teams.
J) Manages IS vendor relationships
K) Perform Personal Development Reviews (PDR) on IS staff.
L) Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to the end-user community so that issues and solutions are understood
M) Ensure processes are audited and monitored.
N) Manages IS project portfolio.
O) Others related duties as assigned

3. Qualification Requirements

A) Education & Qualification-
Requires a related technical Bachelor's degree in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Requires 5 or more years related work experience to include experience working with ERP and MES and modules associated.

B) Work Experience - Technical knowledge-
• Bachelor's degree in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership responsibility.
• Minimum of 5 years in managing ERP and/or Application development.
• Minimum of 5 years in implementing ERP and/or Application development.
• Minimum of 5 years in leading teams in project management of ERP and/or Application development.

C) Professional Skills-
Managing, Coaching/Teaching, Leading, Collaboration, Application Analysis, Analytical Skills, and Software Develop Life Cycle.

D) Behavioral Skills-

• Experienced working with Infor ERP M3 As well as MES ThingWorx.

4. Travel-

International and/or Domestic travel required; less than 10% of time
