Job Description

Lead IT infrastructure operations and initiatives and oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of technology infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Some key responsibilities of this position are:
• Lead a team of system administrators and network engineers
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, data centers, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all the infrastructure systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Plan for infrastructure obsolescence and manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycle concerning this infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and multiple internal customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, firewalls, routers, switching).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
