Job Description

Quality Assurance Trainee is responsible for surveillance all the compliance, effectiveness and quality of the shop processes with the applicable aeronautical authorities, OEM, customers, Quality Management System, and company procedures requirements.

Job Requirements

-Knowledge and handling and searching technical manuals and Technical Information
-Knowledge of quality standards
-Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen)
-Problem-solving and risk management knowledge (8Ds, bow-tie, FMEA)
-Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
-Analysis and Interpretation of specifications and technical documents.

Monitoring the process in order to work with the support and production areas in order to assure the strict compliance with clients, authorities requirements, and the Quality Assurance System
Follow up of the RPP (Reporte de Peligro Potencial)
Quarantine management in incoming inspection, tracking and labeling of parts
Scrap mutilation validation
Treatment of Non Conformities on Qaction and SAP platform
Perform On Job Monitoring and reports the findings to the area supervisor
Performs the spot audits
Performs RETEX
Follow up the corrections of Non Conformities
