Job Description

Customer Support Trainnee will support to:

- Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
- Assure that the information shared related to the performance of the SHOP is clear and on time
- Attend internal and external requirements from customers and / or support areas of the SHOP
- Actively participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fulfil internal KPI's (TAT, SPT).
- Carry out rooth cause analysis and stablish action plans to satisfy customers' needs
- Monitor the fullfilment of the forcasted demand from customers
- Supports the Traffic and Operations departments for the good reception and
repair of purchase orders
- Review technichal documentation to meet customers requirements
- Help on the pre invoice process of the Purchase Orders
