Job Description

As part of the Customer Support team, you will join the team supporting our CRM tool on the FAL (Final Assembly Lines)
You will have to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Our FAL OSS team are supporting our customer at their FAL and track all the customer request and intervention into our CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics).
Based in SAFRAN Landing System Vélizy office closed to one of our biggest customer, you will support the Product Owner of the CRM Tool used by all our OSS FAL teams worldwide.

The main missions planned are:
• Support the development of our CRM tool and ensure that our service provider understands our needs
• Support the development of Power BI reports to analyze our data
• Ensure that the CRM tool will be correctly used by all SLS FAL team across the world and harmonize the way to fill the data

• Ensure that the import of vehicles is correctly & regularly done
• Assistance in the resolution of the incident in production
• Share the development with the other streams of the company (Sales and ticketing) using this shared tool
