V.I.E - Talent Management Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Campus Management & Partnerships
- Support the development and strengthening of relationships with universities and engineering schools (together with HR local Team and in collaboration with corporate STS Talent Acquisition Manager)
- Co-organize and represent the company together with HR local Team at career fairs and school events
- Coordinate employer branding activities together with HR local Team targeting students and young graduates
Internship Management
- Coordinate international internship programs from A to Z:
- Collection and analysis of internship needs locally
- Sourcing and recruitment of candidates
- Administrative and contractual management, in collaboration with local HR teams and STS Talent Acquisition Manager
- Onboarding and follow up of interns
- Monitoring and support throughout the internship period
People Reviews & Development Plans
- Assist the local HR Director in the preparation and follow-up of People Review sessions
- Assist the local HRBPs on track and implement individual development plans
- Contribute to the reporting and analysis of talent management indicators
Support of Training and HR administration area
- Trainings administration
- HR document archiving
Job Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
- First professional experience (internship or job) in HR, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and structured mindset
- International mindset
