This position contributes to our vision by:
Supporting the company's precise needs and constantly monitor changes in the job market
Defining and deploying a recruitment strategy of its perimeter- Implement the necessary actions and supports for sourcing new candidates -
Owning and managing the full hourly life-cycle of recruiting process for assigned requisitions in a timely manner: post requisitions, source candidates, screen & phone interview candidates, schedule hiring manager interviews, coordinate travel arrangements and lodging, extend offers, process reimbursements, and coordinate a variety of other items relative to recruitment scheduling as assigned.
Conducting candidate reference checks and coordinating pre-employment tests.
Building and maintaining a network of candidate pipelines to identify passive candidates to meet sourcing strategies to help meet metrics for proactive candidate identification and placement.
Represent the Company at approved career fairs, sell potential college recruits on Company's attributes and partner with external committees and organizations in area of recruitment, establishing positive communityoutreach relationships to increase diversity hires.

Job Requirements
At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or 6 years of equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, pipelining, sourcing and proficiency with multiple job boards
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing recruitment a plus
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• AIRS or LinkedIn certification preferred
• Travel requirements
