Enterprise Solutions Engineer M/F
Job Description
Solution Design & Delivery
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business challenges, uncover root causes, and document functional and technical requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end business solutions — from proof-of-concept to production — using a mix of enterprise systems, cloud tools, and custom applications.
Serve as the primary owner of the solution lifecycle: development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, support, and documentation.
Technology Enablement
Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to build low-code/no-code solutions.
Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation frameworks, to drive business process improvements.
Integrate disparate enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, or ETL tools as needed.
Data Management & Visualization
Perform data analysis to support solution design and business decision-making.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that enable self-service insights and operational transparency.
Customer Engagement & Collaboration
Act as a trusted partner and technical advisor to internal business units.
Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management to ensure successful solution adoption.
Provide post-deployment support, incident resolution, and enhancements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in a technical solution delivery role (e.g., Systems Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, Applications Developer).
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and API integration.
Experience with UAT coordination, deployment strategies, and user documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience implementing AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot).
Familiarity with enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
Experience in process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Background in Agile or DevOps environments.
