Job Description

We are looking for a manufacturing engineer for actuators for our brand new facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Secure manufacturing process capabilities to meet design key characteristics and reach quality/cost objectives

Responsibilities
Create Manufacturing Files
• Import data from Design Files
• Create specifications for subcontracted assemblies
• Generate routings
• Prepare quotes (manufacturing time, standard cost)
Support Manufacturing
• Generate Manufacturing Instructions and assist Manufacturing Team (On Job Training, assist quality problem solving, perform regular reviews)
• Analyze Engineering Changes and propose process modifications
• Implement process changes
• Track product validity lists and monitor obsolescence risks
Technical Interface
• Create Statement Of Works for toolings and monitor progress at supplier
• Communicates technical specifications internally
• Ensures internal compliance to Manufacturing Dossier and implementation of engineering changes
• Comply with HSE requirements

Job Requirements

Strong experience in manufacturing technology products

Skills
• Technology : Mechanical Engineering (hydraulics would be a plus)
• Able to read/analyze/challenge technical specification and drawings
• Familiar with PLM (Product Life Management) and ERP systems

Soft Skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Organized and accurate
• Team oriented
