Job Description

1) Deploy and control the efficient Master Plan for Production schedule (MPS, S&OP)
2) Develop MPS master data in ERP to consistency with the data in the S&OP
3) Understand MRPii concept and ability to and act on messages from the MRPii, validate data at the end of the process, before launch
4) Ensure the MPS weekly meeing and managing urgency plan
5) Check the action plan delived from the MPS/MOTS/MOTC
6) Implement, update and drive improvement for KPIs
7) Escalate any issue/decision requiring for manufacturing planning
8) Leading/support continuous improvements of processes internal & external

Job Requirements

1 Education not below Bachelor Degree
2 Required English communication
3 Proficiency in office tools (MS office especially excel)
4 Proficiency in supply chain information systems (ERP, APS, EDI,etc.)
5 Proficiency in Planning, Logistics, ERP, MRPII
6 Proactive and Autonomous
7 Leadership
8 Teamwork
9 Ability to make the right decisions and escalation
10 Ability to analyze a complex problem involving numerous
11 Ability to negotiate with internal contacts
12 Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with other departments
4.13 5S+1 experience
14 Knowledge in Lean,AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
