Job Description
• Sales Administrators contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring regular and proactive communications as part of the administrative management of contracts and orders
• They act as the interface between customers, the Commercial Department, Programs, Production/MRO, Supply Chain and Finance. They help cascade contractual objectives and coordinate the orders management through to billing. They assist with the resolution of disputes arising from outstanding bills
Objectives & Mission:
Sales Administrators produce and/or use and/or complete reports and process indicators. They help ensure that the company's objectives are achieved, especially in terms of administrative processing of orders, delivery performance (OTD, SPT, TAT) and billing
Job Requirements
