The Industrialization Engineer 4 is responsible for the project management of Safran WWS industrialization deliverables on new programs, Transfer of Work projects, and internal projects as part of the integrated program team. Responsible for the coordination and execution of effective industrialization of new programs / projects, provide Industrial Engineering expertise and coordination during the development, transfer, or running changes of our product lines. This role will lead and/or support the deployment of Safran's industrialization standards and their execution on projects and programs towards an efficient way to build our products. This position will interact closely with the larger Industrialization group as well as cross-function teams to ensure the industrialization deliverables for the programs / projects is well coordinated and met. This role will be accountable and be the main focal point for the industrialization phases on programs / projects and responsible for determining the most cost-effective methods in manufacturing methodologies and production line setups.
This position contributes to our vision by:
1. Lead others, provide solutions to complex issues for Safran WWS industrialization deliverables on new programs / projects as part of the integrated program team
2. Develop and execute Industrialization plans, Transfer of Work projects, internal site projects in accordance with standards and program goals
3. Lead and coordinate production processes as required, new production lines and associated layouts, phased factory layout improvements, operator training plans.
4. Ensure execution of the plan for design, manufacture, and implementation of new tools or prototypes from the tooling engineering teams
5. Create, update, and improve the production element of the industrial dossier, mainly Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Routers, Standardized work instructions (including operation's allocated time)
6. Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years, experience in the Aerospace, Automotive industries; experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience:
Electro-mechanical system fabrication and/or assembly.
Experience with airworthiness regulations.
Knowledge of assembly lines with complex assemblies and /or processes.
Lean Six Sigma Accreditation, Green Belt or Black Belt.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certified.
Computer Skills:
• Fluent with ERP systems
• Working knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
• Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.

The expected salary range for this position is between $82,360 - $129,430 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
