Job Description
The intern will actively support the asset tagging and identification project managed by the Supply Chain department. This initiative involves the labeling, registration, and validation of physical assets to ensure accurate traceability and inventory control across warehouse and operational areas. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help implement standardized procedures and improve asset visibility within the supply chain network.
Job Requirements
Active student in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations (preferred).
Intermediate Excel and data entry skills.
Team player with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Availability to work.

Assist in the reception and dispatch of all types of materials, both physically and in the inventory system.
Support the execution of cyclical inventories, ensuring accuracy in physical counts and system updates.
Contribute to the management of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with HSE guidelines.
Participate in the movement and handling of materials, including manual handling and packaging.
Read and interpret work instructions and standard procedures related to warehouse processes.
Propose and support continuous improvement actions in warehouse operations.
Collaborate in the monitoring of KPIs and help ensure compliance with warehouse performance indicators.
Support in the organization and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure proper preservation, labeling, and packaging of materials according to company standards.
