Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
UNLIMITED – FULL TIME – 40 HOUR-CONTRACT
Your mission:
You are driven by the fulfillment of customer needs for excellent customer satisfaction and ready to be part of the fascinating world of helicopters?
As our future Customer Service Representative (CSR) you actively represent the interest of our international customers. As our customers' first point of contact, you will act as liaison between the customer, internal departments and other branch offices, provide product and services information and resolve any emerging issues that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact, providing clear and supportive communication to create a smooth and positive customer experience
• Understand customer needs and work closely with internal teams to offer tailored solutions that truly add value
• Prepare and oversee commercial offers with attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deliveries meet deadlines
• Keep organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions and accounts while ensuring full compliance with contract terms
• Proactively follow up after service completion to confirm satisfaction, address feedback and build lasting customer relationships
Job Requirements
Your skills & qualifications:
• Completed vocational training or higher education diploma in business administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the aerospace industry or international environment
• Solid understanding of contract terms as well as commercial processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both fluent German and English; French language skills are a plus
• Familiarity with SAP system and MS Dynamics preferred
