JOB DUTIES
The Repair Sales Administration Manager oversees a team of Repair Sales Administrators and is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and support. This role plays a key part in driving site revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing contracts, orders, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
• Lead, develop, and allocate tasks to Repair Sales Administrators.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews (PDRs).
• Ensure proper staffing and skills for department efficiency.
• Promote teamwork and handle crisis situations as needed (e.g., facility closures, pandemics).
Sales Administration Operations
• Oversee end-to-end order processing: quotes, acknowledgments, approvals, deliveries, invoicing, and warranty claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and client portals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to track performance.
Process Compliance & Improvement
• Ensure team adherence to established processes, procedures, and tools.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and align with corporate standards.
• Support the deployment of harmonized KPIs and reporting tools.
Customer & Commercial Focus
• Ensure timely handling of customer requests and claims.
• Improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution.
• Monitor commercial efficiency: quote lead times, order processing, and margin targets.
Compliance
• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
