Job Description
• Assist in the inspection, repair, and overhaul of aviation components, including engines, airframes, avionics, landing gear, and other critical systems.
• Support the troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues in aircraft and components.
• Assist in performing scheduled maintenance tasks, including routine checks, inspections, and repairs.
• Participate in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of components according to company and industry standards.
• Work with senior engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with maintenance manuals, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procedures for component repair and testing.
• Participate in testing repaired or overhauled components to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures, ensuring that all repairs are done to the highest standards.
• Gain hands-on experience in working with advanced MRO tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
Job Requirements
o Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and repair practices.
o Familiarity with tools and equipment used in aircraft maintenance and repair is a plus.
o Understanding of maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical documentation.
o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
o Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
o good understanding of safety and quality control procedures in MRO operations.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
