Job Description

Provide specialized knowledge and technical support in CAM programming, industrialization processes, production and/or Metrology, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of manufacturing techniques for aircraft engine components.
Drive the product line's strategy and execution from design to production.
Ensure alignment between engineering and production teams for efficient workflow.
Achieve key performance indicators: FTY & OTD

Job Requirements

System:
Machining knowledge, metrology & special Processes
Aerospace AS9100 know-how
Strong understanding of engineering processes, production management, and quality assurance.
Operational:
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years in manufacturing
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Deploy the roadmap within their area of responsibility by setting operational objectives for their teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery
Maintain relationships with other entities/departments/functions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Provide production support
Create and Maintain an process and propose improvement actions
Diagnose and resolve complex problems
Propose changes to the definition of products or operating methods
Carry out product and process data analysis activities
Participate in receiving new investments
Lead the capitalization of knowledge around the process in its technical field
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
Provide training and mentorship to production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements for industrialization efforts.
