Job Description

Job Summary:
Operate machinery in C4 department, Production of C4 core sheets – individual coating and curing process.

Summary of Duties (may or may not include the following):

C4 Operator. Operation of machinery located within the C4 Department, Includes but is not limited to: Itotech shear, Dexter Lawson Shear, C4 coating lines, Stretcher, Heat Presses. Also includes basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance. Complete sheet Work Orders. Job requires a lot of attention to the machine, lifting core sheets to/from the machine and hobes to/from the shear, some forklift operation, filling resin tanks, etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures set forth in specifications and work instructions. Overtime may be required, willingness to work OT is required. Be familiar with metric and standard measurements. Be familiar and have ability to use basic hand tools (ratchet, wrench, razor knife, measuring tape, electric drill) Ability to communicate in English. Respirators may be required in certain conditions, respirator fit testing is required if the task requires a respirator. Ability to read and write in English is required.
