Job Description
Ensure that the operations of the production area take place in an effective, complying with quality standards, and responsible for supervising the personnel and ensuring that production plans established are met.
• Supervise production plans in daily/weekly manner and creates strategies to ensure operation plans are executed.
• Ensuring production quality.
• Adjust the production line to meet daily/weekly and monthly goals.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department the revisions, repairs of the machinery, and ensure that preventive maintenance of equipment is followed.
• Ensure that safety measures are complied with.
• Promote production incentives to employees.
• Works with interdisciplinary teams to reduce/eliminate 7 wastes.
• Keep track of staff attendance, and coordinate staff substitutions, for absences or vacations.
• Ensuring that hygiene and quality regulations are always followed.
• Address customer quality complaints.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings with program management.
• Prepare reports of functions and incidents.
• Verify the correct storage of products produced or entered into the company's warehouses.
• Develop strategic production plans for incident resolution.
• Make and control the budgets of machinery and personnel of the department.
Job Requirements
Education: Professional degree (engineering preferably). Master degree in Business Administration or related, desired.
Experience: Desirable experience in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma projects and time Management, 6 years of experience in related position
Certifications: Green belt (preferably)
Languages: English (Mandatory)
