Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operational processes? Join our dynamic Repair Customer Service team as a Repair Sales Administrator and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

About the Role:
As a Repair Sales Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless order management from initiation to invoicing. Your mission is to uphold high standards of service, contribute to economic performance, and foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the administrative lifecycle of repair orders, raising quotations and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams including Sales, Programs, Customer Support, Production/MRO, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Support the implementation of contractual objectives and monitor progress through to invoicing.
Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
