Anime le réseau « IP »
Pilote le plan de progrès du département en y incluant « Road to Silver »
Responsable de la BSC du département (tableau de Bord, animation…)

Pilotage des valeurs d'exploitation
Participe aux définitions de la politique de stock/ PMT VEX
Co-anime/ Participe à l'ensemble des COPIL (département, direction..)
Pilote l'avancement et la traçabilité des inventaires et des provisions
Pilote les processus « Dormants » et « litiges « et mets en œuvre toutes les actions nécessaires à leurs réductions
